Located in the heart of Fruitland, the city's recreation district boasts a beautiful park that offers a wide range of activities for both locals and visitors alike.  This park is not your ordinary city park, the joint venture between the city and recreation district has fostered many memories for the communities of Fruitland, New Plymouth, Payette and surrounding areas. One of the standout features is the summer softball and baseball tournaments each year. 

The park offers a wide range of recreational activities throughout the year, making it an ideal destination for visitors during fall, spring, and summer. In the spring, soccer and flag football occupy the fields. Throughout the summer a series of baseball and softball tournaments fill the park on the weekends. As the season winds down in the fall, soccer and flag football are played under the lights at Mesa park. Whether you're looking to enjoy a leisurely stroll or engage in more active pursuits, this park has something for everyone, including a disc golf course. Mesa Park does offer concessions from April to September.

Since the first field establishment in 1981, the park is well-maintained throughout the year, making it a popular spot for outdoor recreation during all seasons. It offers ample space for picnics, walks, or playing on the playgrounds.
